When are the parks open?

Cherry Street Pier, Pier 68, Washington Avenue Pier and Race Street Pier are open year-round. The RiverLink Ferry, Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest and Spruce Street Harbor Park operate Spring through Fall and Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest operates throughout the Winter. How do I get to the parks and where do I park?

Parking at the Waterfront is limited and we strongly encourage visitors to take public transportation, bike, walk, and rideshare when possible. For more information, please visit the parking and directions pages. 
 

Are the parks ADA compliant?

All of the parks are ADA compliant and have parking available. 


Are public restrooms available?

Restrooms are available at 301 S. Columbus Boulevard just south of Spruce Street Harbor Park, underneath the Chestnut Mall at 101 S. Columbus Boulevard, and in Cherry Street Pier. Additional restrooms are open seasonally in the active parks. 
 

May I bring my own food and beverages?

Outside food and beverages are allowed at all parks except for Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest and Winterfest. Outside alcohol is not permitted at any of the parks. 
 

May I bring my own chairs and blankets?

Please do! We encourage you to bring what they need to feel comfortable at the Waterfront. Note that any items left unattended will be removed. 
 

Are dogs allowed on the Waterfront?

Yes! We encourage visitors to bring their dogs as long as they are kept on leashes at all times. They are allowed in all parks with some limitations. 
 

Do you have wifi?

The Waterfront has free wifi at all of its parks.
 

Is there heating or air conditioning at the Waterfront?

All parks are outside venues and do not have heating or air conditioning with the exception of the Lodge at Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest and Summerfest.
 

Is fishing allowed on the Waterfront?

Currently, fishing is encouraged at our fishing pier, Pier 68. It is also permitted between Race Street Pier and Cherry Street Pier, as well as the area adjacent to Washington Avenue Pier, called Washington Avenue Green.
