Semi-Private Rinkside Lounge
Reserve the Rinkside Lounge, an outdoor experience for those seeking to host a special event or private gathering at the rink. This heated après-skate experience features plush seating areas, rustic decor, and picturesque views. NEW this year: a private fire pit and exclusive photo-op areas for Rinkside Lounge renters only.
Reserve the Rinkside Lounge Today
Guests have exclusive rink-on/rink-off access and a private entrance to the Lounge from the ice.
The lounge is available seven days a week for 2.5-hour time slots. It can accommodate up to 40 guests standing. Seating is available but limited.
- Monday - Thursday: $300 for 2.5 hours
- Friday - Sunday: $350 for 2.5 hours
For $75, add a skate concierge to assist with picking up and dropping off your skates and returning them to the skate rental kiosk. Bar packages are available.
- If you book your Rinkside Lounge less than four (4) days in advance, food and beverage packages cannot be guaranteed.
- Ice skating tickets are NOT included with the Rinkside Lounge. Order skating tickets separately. Discounted skating is also available for groups of 15 or more. Contact riverrink@drwc.org for more information.
Exchanges: If you need to adjust your purchase, you can exchange your ticket for another date/time of equal value via the self-service ticket exchange option on your Showclix account. Again, tickets can be exchanged, but they must initially be the exact value and quantity of the purchased tickets.
Cabin Rentals
Our warming cabins are the perfect place to hold your next gathering with friends or family. Our specialty cabins provide a unique experience you can't get anywhere else. Each cabin is decorated with a festive theme and features comfortable seating. Cabins are available seven days a week for 90-minute time slots. Reserve a Heated Cabin Today
- Single Cabin: $78 per 90 minutes. Ideal size for a gathering of up to 10 people.
- Double Cabin: $125 per 90 minutes. It is ideal for a gathering of up to 18 people.
- The lodge offers pay-as-you-go food and beverages. If you want a pre-paid food package or other add-ons, contact our team at riverrink@drwc.org.

Fire Pit Rentals
Cozy up by an outdoor fire pit for a magical experience for you, your family, and your friends. Fire pits are available daily for 90-minute timeslots. They can be reserved in advance online. Review our rental packages and add-ons to take your experience to the next level.

Semi-Private Events in the Lodge
Host your holiday party or special event in the Lodge. Enjoy a dazzling atmosphere with views of the Delaware River and Ben Franklin Bridge.
We provide group skating and unique event options in the Lodge (see below for Lodge event rental images) for groups of 15 or more.
- Quarter Lodge: $300 for 90 minutes. It holds up to 60 people seated and standing.
- Half Lodge: $600 for 90 minutes. It holds up to 180 people seated and standing.
- Full Lodge: $1,300 for 90 minutes. It can accommodate 360 people seated and standing. It is available to rent Monday through Thursday only.
Group skating tickets and lodge rentals are recommended to be booked for two (2) separate time frames so that time is not missed on your reservations. Ice skates are not permeated in the Lodge. The group skating rates are as follows:
- $14 per person for groups with 15-50 skaters
- $13 per person for groups with 51+ skaters
- $12 per person for groups with 100+ skaters

Full Site Rental
Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest is also available for full-site rentals. Full site rentals are available weekdays from 10:30 am - 4:30 pm and 4:30 pm - 10:30 pm. Pricing includes:
- Monday through Thursday: $12,500 for the entire site
- Friday: $15,000 for the whole of the site. Available to rent after January 6.
